“It’s one thing to have a vision and an idea of what you think it could be or what you want it to be. But it ends up being a whole completely different thing entirely to actually make it work and get it to be self-sufficient.”-Jake Anderson, Owner, Millennium Recycling
Jake Anderson kept feeling the urge to “roll the dice” and see if he could make his business, Millennium Recycling, work in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After realizing how he needed to evolve as a business owner and leader to help his company and his employees become more self-sustaining, here’s how Anderson is finding success through boldness and innovation.
This project is part of our continued collaboration with FNBSF in their “Stop Dreaming” campaign. Thanks to The First National Bank in Sioux Falls and Jake from Millennium Recycling for being great partners in this project. We’ll have more updates on other Passenger work coming soon.
